Gifty Aduamah is a faith-driven, accomplished marketing professional with 16 years of
experience across diverse industries including Real Estate, E-learning Solutions Development,
and Higher Education. She has built extensive expertise working in dynamic markets across
West, East, Central, and Southern Africa, as well as the Island Nations. A Chartered Marketer
and proud member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (CIM-UK) and Ghana
(CIMG), she combines academic rigor with practical excellence. She also holds an Executive
MBA in International Business Management from SBS Swiss Business School, Zurich,
Switzerland.
Her career spans internationally recognized, competitive environments that have sharpened her
skills and enriched her industry knowledge. At NTHC Properties Ltd, Ghana’s leading real estate
company, she served as Marketing Officer for six years, driving market share growth and
profitability through strategic sales of houses and serviced plots, while cultivating strong
stakeholder relationships.
From 2015 to 2020, she contributed to professional education as a part-time Accredited CIM
Tutor at Harley Reed Ghana Ltd and Simon Page College of Marketing, achieving an
exceptional 100% pass rate across multiple modules, including Marketing, Customer Experience,
Integrated Communications, Mastering Metrics, and Driving Innovation for three consecutive
years.
Her leadership extended to program management in 2019 at NiBS University, Lagos, Nigeria,
where she oversaw marketing and doctoral recruitment for the DBA program. In 2020, she
worked as a Multidisciplinary Consultant with Extramarks SA, an international E-learning
solutions provider with operations in South Africa, UAE, Singapore, and India.
In 2021, she became Head of Marketing and Public Relations (West Africa) at Transnational
Academic Group Ghana & Lancaster University Ghana, while also serving as an Examinations
Board Member at CIMG. Later that year, she was appointed Director of Marketing and
Institutional Advancement at the University of Kigali, Rwanda, where she led Marketing, Sales,
Brand Management, Public Relations, Institutional Advancement, and Customer Experience. Her
tenure saw significant increases in student enrolment, brand visibility, ROI, and international
diversity, with over 100 articles published in leading regional outlets such as The New Times
Rwanda, Kigali Today, and The East African.
In 2024, Gifty’s professional accomplishments earned her appointment as Senior Recruitment
Manager at the African Leadership University in Rwanda and the African Leadership College of
Higher Education in Mauritius, where she leads world-wide student recruitment and stakeholder
engagement. In 2026, she expanded her academic contributions by joining Rumis Engage
College of Marketing as a tutor.
