I am a purpose-led local and global Chartered Marketer (CM & CMktr) working at the intersection of marketing, emerging technology, sustainability, education, and research.
I currently contribute to strategy, business development, brand and communications analytics, sector and account management, and event performance within the Clients & Markets function at KPMG Ghana. My contributions have been recognised at both country level (Ayekoo Award – Leadership) and across Africa (Rock Star Award – Leadership), reflecting a commitment to excellence and impact.
Alongside practice, I am completing a PhD in Marketing (Artificial Intelligence & Customer Experience) and have contributed to 5 peer-reviewed research papers on AI, customer experience, blockchain, and digital marketing in emerging markets, bridging scholarship and practice.
I am the Founder of RECOM (Rumis Engage College of Marketing), Sustainability Marketing Summit Africa (SMSA), and Rumis Engage Consulting (Parent Firm), initiatives dedicated to responsible marketing education, sustainability-led practice, and purpose-driven advisory.
I also serve on governance and executive committees across professional and sustainability institutions, supporting strategic direction and ecosystem development.
My purpose is simple: to empower marketing professionals to become a Force for Good through ethical, sustainable, and tech-driven innovation across Africa.
