Rumis Engage College of Marketing (RECOM) is a values-driven, Ghana-based tuition provider of CIMG professional qualifications on a mission to cultivate purpose-led marketers equipped to lead in a digital, ethical, and sustainable world.
We deliver CIMG professional marketing qualifications with a sharp focus on local relevance, mentorship, and career transformation.
We are looking for committed, experienced, and visionary tutors to deliver selected modules in the following subject areas
- Brand Management
- Marketing Research and Insights
- Selling and Sales Management
- Digital Optimisation and Strategy
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
- Strategic Marketing in Practice
- Strategic Marketing Management
- Advanced Digital Marketing
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of industry or managerial experience in marketing or communications
- Strong command of digital delivery tools (Zoom/Microsoft Teams)
- The ability to contextualise global content to Ghanaian and African markets
- A passion for mentoring professionals and guiding career pathways
You must also have this
- A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- A Postgraduate Diploma from CIMG/CIM
- A Chartered Marketer Status from CIMG/CIM

What you will be doing
- Deliver 1–2 modules across a flexible 10–12 week period per cohort
- Use RECOM’s learner management system to provide ongoing support
- Facilitate interactive, weekend-based virtual sessions (max 15 learners)
- Offer mentorship and real-world perspectives to enrich learning
- Participate in periodic tutor development sessions
